This quaint 3 bedroom home with with loft and adjacent studio make it ideal for a relaxing short or long-term getaway, a photoshoot, or a memorable outdoor summer party venue. This extremely private property has a large koi pond, meditation area, heated pool and hot tub. Just a quick 8 minute walk to pristine tennis and pickleball courts and a 10 minute drive to the Beach. Beach access with private parking can be made available upon request.
